Rockaway Home Care is a dynamic and growing company in the Home Care Industry. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team and help with various day-to-day tasks that keep our office running smoothly.
Job ResponsibilitiesOrganize and file documents on the computer and maintain accurate records
Assist with calling clients, vendors, and other stakeholders as needed
Help coordinate and prepare marketing supplies for pick-up by our field team
Provide general office support, and handling office errands
Assist with any other administrative tasks to support the office team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with computers, including basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in an office setting is preferred, but not required
