Position OverviewWe are seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Bilingual Administrative Coordinator to join our team full-time. This is an in-office role with strong potential for growth for the right person.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, keeping things organized, and making sure daily processes run smoothly—while maintaining a positive, approachable attitude.
Immediate start required. Applicants must be fluent in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities- Recruiting and interviewing new team members
- Taking a lead role in onboarding and new-hire setup
- Maintaining employee records and personnel files accurately and confidentially
- Managing employee information including new hires, terminations, status changes, and time-off requests
- Responding to employee questions in a professional, supportive manner
- Communicating client and performance feedback clearly and respectfully
- Supporting management with corrective actions when needed
- Conducting new-hire orientations and exit interviews
- Reviewing applications, preparing offer letters, and completing new-hire paperwork
- Conducting reference checks and background checks
- Entering employee updates into scheduling and internal systems
- Escalating sensitive or complex issues to management as appropriate
- Coordinating with recruiters and keeping applicant data up to date
- Handling additional administrative and office duties as assigned
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
