Ford Automobile Warranty Administrator

Responsibilities

• Review and process warranty claims submitted by service departments.
• Verify the validity of claims against warranty policies and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of all warranty transactions in the system.
• Analyze warranty data to identify trends or areas for improvement in product quality.
• Prepare reports on warranty claims and present findings to management.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer policies and regulations related to warranties.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in warranty administration or customer service is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and record keeping.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Ford automotive and product warranties are necessities.
