Your new role

Due to our significant growth, we are expanding our investment capabilities in New York, focusing on Infrastructure, Property, Private Debt and Private Equity.

This is a newly created position, that is based on-site at 1251 Avenues of the Americas, with a hybrid work schedule; and will report to the Senior Team Coordinator, who is also based in New York.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support to the Team, including diary and email management, travel bookings, expense and invoice processing, meeting coordination, project assistance, and liaison with operational teams to support effective workflow.
  • Coordinate meetings, including invitations, agendas, minutes, papers, and logistical arrangements.
  • Use initiative and sound judgment to resolve matters promptly and escape issues where appropriate.
  • Support end‑to‑end onboarding and offboarding processes for team members.
  • Contribute to projects and other activities as required.
  • Build and maintain positive internal and external working relationships to support a collaborative and efficient environment.
  • Provide reception coverage in partnership with the New York Corporate Receptionist and the New York Team Coordinator during lunch breaks, vacations, and other leave periods.
  • Manage and coordinate onboarding and offboarding checklists, maintain accurate records, and ensure colleagues receive appropriate resources and guidance during transitions.
  • Provide ad hoc general office support as needed.
What we're looking for
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite of products, client relationship management systems and expense/travel management systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated high-level organizational skills, and ability to work proactively.
  • Demonstrated ability to co‑ordinate tasks, set priorities, plan, and operate independently.
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship skills, including proven ability to initiate, maintain and manage relationships with peers and managers, with the objective of gaining cooperation and meeting timelines.
  • Well‑developed written and oral communication skills, including proven experience in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
  • Ability to develop and maintain rapport across all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, setting and managing multiple conflicting priorities within specified time frames.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Experience in financial services industry is a plus.

Pay transparency notice

The compensation range for this position is $45.00 to $65.00 per hour (this is based on full‑time hours, located in New York City).The pay offered may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, and experience and refers to the amount Australian Super is willing to pay at the time of posting.
