Location:

Salary: $45K-60K
We are seeking a motivated, organized, and proactive Administrative Assistant to directly support the CEO of a growing home care agency. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with executive leadership and gain hands-on exposure to operations.
Responsibilities of Home Care Admin Assistant- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and calls
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements
- Monitor and manage the CEO’s email inbox
- Monitor company portals and ensure documentation is updated and compliant
- Track and follow up on Home Health Aide (HHA) documentation, credentials, and onboarding requirements
- Maintain organized digital filing systems and reports
- Provide general administrative support to help streamline daily operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Computer proficient
- Professional, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
