Minimum Qualifications- Demonstrated experience in professional administrative coordination, project support, or customer‑facing university operations.
- Ability to analyze information, prepare reports, and coordinate multi‑step processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively and exercise good judgment in a professional environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and virtual conferencing platforms.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional nights and weekends for major events.
