Position: Receptionist / Administrator
Location: New York

Sadkhin Therapy is a busy and growing weight loss company that has been in business for over 35 years and is now hiring. The position is located at 95-20 63rd Rd, Rego Park, NY. Office hours are Sunday through Thursday. This is a full‑time, 1099 role offering $20.00 per hour.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. Must be friendly, enthusiastic and able to provide exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our office, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering phone calls and responding to emails and walk‑ins in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the front desk, welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or area.
  • Utilize computerized systems to efficiently perform tasks, such as data entry, document management, and updated records.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records, including filing and retrieving documents and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
  • Support the administrative team with clerical duties, including answering phones, creating appointments, taking messages, and handling mail and packages.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing documents, making copies, and running errands as needed.
  • Assist with customer support and address any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate office equipment, including photocopiers and phone systems.
Qualifications
  • Strong administrative experience, including customer support, front desk, and clerical duties.
  • Proficiency with computerized systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with data entry and document management.
  • Knowledge of medical office procedures and protocols.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong customer service skills and a focus on providing exceptional customer support.
