What you’ll do
  • Provide highly proactive administrative support to the President and SVP: schedule meetings, arrange travel, manage correspondence, order supplies, answer phones and other projects and duties as needed.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including processing visas as required.
  • Prepare business expense reports in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
  • Have a strong attention to detail and show initiative.
  • Assist in presentations, coordination, and preparation of local and global meetings and conferences.
  • Conduct basic internal and external research as required.
  • Anticipate and assess the needs of executives to ensure their success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the company as well as external partners and management.
  • Liaise with other assistants as necessary.
Who you are
  • Minimum 4+ years of administrative experience; prior experience supporting at the executive level preferred.
  • A college degree is strongly preferred.
  • Some experience in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Adept with both Mac and PC a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) a plus.
  • Proactive with strong time management and organizational skills, and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects and duties on a daily basis with a calm, positive and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Highly responsive and adept at following through on all duties and requests.
  • Ability to work effectively with all types of personalities.
  • Interest in the music business and entertainment industry.
  • International experience ( Asia Pac) preferred.
