Overview
Our client is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Global Mobility Coordinator to join their Global Mobility team. In this role, you’ll keep workflows running smoothly across relocation and immigration globally – from coordinating case kickoffs and tracking timelines to maintaining clean data and supporting day-to-day operations. The role is ~50% coordination, data accuracy, and operational organization, and ~50% direct support to the Relocation Program Manager.
This is a hands-on administrative role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys bringing order to complexity. The ideal candidate is obsessive (in the best way) about keeping workflows organized, closing loops, maintaining accurate tracking, documenting processes, and digging into data to find and fix issues.
- Immigration & relocation case coordination:
Partner with PMs to initiate cases for new hires/employees requiring sponsorship or relocation & immigration; coordinate questionnaires and document collection with vendors; manage LCA postings and required notices; track milestones and risks to start dates. - Vendor management & SLAs:
Monitor immigration and relocation vendors against SLAs; proactively follow up on action items; escalate delays or quality issues to ensure timely execution. - Employee experience:
Provide responsive, white-glove support throughout Global Mobility workflows, ensuring clear communication and a smooth employee journey. - Inbox & intake triage:
Manage the shared inbox by triaging requests, tagging/assigning tickets, and escalating urgent items as needed. - Systems, data quality & recordkeeping:
Maintain accurate case and relocation records; ensure relocation vendor data/files are up to date in Weichert Go (and internal tracking tools as applicable); support immigration reporting and audits as needed. - Operational/admin support:
Support day-to-day operations (e.g., collecting signatures for support letters, scheduling calls, distributing paper notices) and other coordination tasks as needed.
- 4+ years of global mobility coordination or related experience; exposure to both U.S. and global workflows strongly preferred.
- 3+ years of experience with domestic US and international relocation processes or exposure to managing relocation vendors.
- General familiarity of common work & business travel visa types in the U.S., and overseas.
- Experience managing immigration case management systems and workflows.
- Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to navigate HRIS systems and interpret offer letters.
- Comfortable working with confidential information in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and develop subject-matter knowledge in relocation & global mobility.
Compensation: $40 - $55 per hour
