Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and hands‑on Facilities Coordinator to support daily office operations and workspace management. This role combines physical facilities support with administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities Facilities & Office Support- Set up, break down, and reconfigure conference rooms, tables, chairs, and other furniture
- Assist with office moves, including deconstructing current office spaces and resetting workstations in new locations
- Set up new hire workstations and office equipment
- Hang pictures and other wall‑mounted items as needed
- Replace light bulbs and address minor maintenance needs
- Move furniture and other office items as required
- Manage facilities work orders and service tickets
- Assign tickets to appropriate vendors or internal contacts
- Track and follow up on open requests to ensure timely resolution
- Report in‑house facilities issues to leadership
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Previous facilities, office services, or related experience preferred
- Tech‑savvy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests
- Comfortable performing physical tasks and standing for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and move furniture as needed
This is a hands‑on role requiring both physical activity and administrative coordination. Candidates must be able to stand, walk, and move furniture for extended periods throughout the day.
