Role OverviewThis position supports project delivery across procurement, assistant PM/estimating functions, and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities with clean documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and track P.O.’s, vendor quotes, and procurement logs
- Coordinate lead times and delivery status; follow up with vendors/subs
- Support RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, document control, and closeout
- Maintain audit-ready project files aligned with public-sector requirements
- Assist with bid tabs, scope sheets, quote leveling, and coverage tracking
- Maintain vendor/sub lists and outreach logs
- Daily Communications with subcontractors
- 3+ years in construction support or similar
- Strong communication + Excel + attention to detail
- Procore/Planswift/Bluebeam experience is a plus
- Public works experience is a huge plus
