The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to support the Senior Director of Partner Sales
. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about enabling executive success through outstanding support and operational excellence.
- Coordinate complex meetings across global time zones, including internal and external meetings with executives and key customers.
- Arrange business travel with the ability to anticipate changes and adapt itineraries accordingly.
- Process business expense reimbursement requests, invoices, and PO handling with precision.
- Assist with onboarding needs including workspace and equipment setup, and ongoing team logistics.
- Maintain team distribution lists, organizational charts, and review key data with meticulous attention to detail.
- Plan and execute team events, offsites, and large-scale meetings such as All Hands, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Partner regularly with other Executive and Administrative Assistants to support broader team goals.
- Problem solve—anticipate and resolve challenges with initiative and efficiency, proactively identifying ways to enhance workflows and team efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in coordination, administrative, or operations capacity.
- Experience supporting executives at high levels; ability to quickly build relationships with the leaders you support and learn what is important to their success; understand the rhythm and partners strategically with them.
- Previous experience supporting an Enterprise Sales organization in a high-tech environment a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Slack, and familiarity with Concur or other expense-reporting software.
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize work, handle frequent interruptions, changing priorities and remain flexible and calm under pressure.
- Positive, proactive and can‑do attitude in a fast-paced, constantly evolving global environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Handles confidential information with integrity and exercises discretion.
- Eagerness to build a network with other administrative professionals at Adobe.
- This role will be based out of our NYC office.
