Ideal Candidate Profile
- 4+ years of experience as a senior‑level Executive Assistant, with Office Management and Event Planning experience strongly preferred
- Extremely organized, detail‑oriented, and reliable, you enjoy structure and executing plans
- Tech‑savvy and highly comfortable with Google Workspace, especially Docs, Calendar, and email
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions‑oriented, with a “no task too small” mindset
- Strong communicator who can operate with discretion and professionalism at all times
- Proactively manage calendars for executive team members, including scheduling, prioritization, and day‑to‑day gatekeeping
- Coordinate meeting logistics and preparation, including agendas, materials, and follow‑ups
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries
- Manage expense reports and reimbursements
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal or external stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality
Office Management & Event Responsibilities
- Plan and execute team‑building events, off‑sites, and company‑wide activities, including logistics, vendors, catering, and space setup
- Manage vendors and contracts, coordinate invoices, and support executives with approvals
- Coordinate with IT and building facilities as needed
- Oversee day‑to‑day office operations, including snacks, food orders, office supplies, and general upkeep
