On-Call Administrative Support Specialist

This role offers a mix of short- and long-term (up to 90 days) assignments, with both full- and part-time opportunities available. We're seeking adaptable professionals who thrive in flexible schedules and enjoy taking on a variety of responsibilities.
What You'll DoProvide administrative and clerical support across departments.
Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
Contribute to the smooth operation of scientific and operational teams.
Gain exposure to different areas of the Laboratory while building your professional skill set.
Required Qualifications:
Experience in administrative, secretarial, or clerical roles with transferable skills.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability and eagerness to learn new systems such as SharePoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
2-4 years of administrative/secretarial experience.
Familiarity with People Soft (highly desirable).
Experience coordinating complex travel arrangements.
Associate's degree in Secretarial Science or equivalent.

Salary offers will be commensurate with the final candidate's qualification, education and experience and considered with the internal peer group.
