I’m working with a leading middle-market private equity firm that is growing and seeking an exceptional Administrative Assistant to support its Manhattan office.
With more than two decades of investing experience, billions in committed capital, and a strong track record of platform investments and add-on acquisitions, the firm focuses on services, value-added distribution, software & technology, and specialized light manufacturing. The team is people-first, results-driven, and committed to building great companies while enjoying the process.
This role sits at the center of firm operations. You’ll support senior leaders, coordinate high-impact meetings and travel, manage expenses and communications, and help keep the organization running seamlessly. It’s ideal for someone proactive, highly organized, polished, and energized by a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
What I’m looking for:
- 3–5 years of administrative or comparable experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High EQ and strong relationship‑building ability
- Ownership mindset and resourcefulness
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Zoom/Teams, and Concur (or similar T&E systems)
