Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and exceptionally detail-oriented Personal Executive Assistant to provide direct support in both administrative and financial matters. This is a part-time role for someone who is smart, proactive, and genuinely invested in doing excellent work.

The ideal candidate is hyper‑organized, computer proficient, and capable of managing a wide range of responsibilities with precision and discretion. This role requires someone who takes ownership of tasks, anticipates needs, and approaches responsibilities with care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex scheduling
    , appointments, and calendar coordination
  • Oversee personal financial organization
    , including tracking expenses and maintaining accurate records
  • Utilize Quick Books to manage personal financials and investments
  • Prepare financial summaries and organize documentation
  • Coordinate bill payments and maintain payment schedules
  • Handle confidential matters with discretion and integrity
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Conduct research and compile information as needed
  • Communicate professionally with vendors, service providers, and other contacts
  • Anticipate needs and proactively manage tasks to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations
Qualifications
  • Advanced organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • High level of computer proficiency
  • Proficiency in Quick Books is required
  • Ability to manage financial records accurately and responsibly
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Professional, discreet, and trustworthy
