We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and exceptionally detail-oriented Personal Executive Assistant to provide direct support in both administrative and financial matters. This is a part-time role for someone who is smart, proactive, and genuinely invested in doing excellent work.
The ideal candidate is hyper‑organized, computer proficient, and capable of managing a wide range of responsibilities with precision and discretion. This role requires someone who takes ownership of tasks, anticipates needs, and approaches responsibilities with care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex scheduling
, appointments, and calendar coordination - Oversee personal financial organization
, including tracking expenses and maintaining accurate records - Utilize Quick Books to manage personal financials and investments
- Prepare financial summaries and organize documentation
- Coordinate bill payments and maintain payment schedules
- Handle confidential matters with discretion and integrity
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Conduct research and compile information as needed
- Communicate professionally with vendors, service providers, and other contacts
- Anticipate needs and proactively manage tasks to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations
- Advanced organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- High level of computer proficiency
- Proficiency in Quick Books is required
- Ability to manage financial records accurately and responsibly
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Professional, discreet, and trustworthy
- Self‑motivated with a strong sense of ownership
- Genuinely cares about quality of work and long‑term contribution
