Location: New York
Cloud infrastructure platform powering AI applications is looking for an Executive Assistant to support their CEO and CTO. With explosive growth plans to go from 75 to 250 employees this year, this is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-scaling company in one of the hottest sectors in tech. In this role, you'll support the CEO and CTO, managing complex calendars, handling travel logistics, keeping executives on top of projects and follow-through, triaging inboxes, preparing for meetings, coordinating customer meetups, and providing light personal coordination to the CEO.
Someone who can anticipate needs and ask the right questions to draw information out of a fast-moving executive, operate independently with ambiguity, and bring high EQ to read the room and adapt. Quick, concise communication and an ownership mentality are crucial in this role. Previous experience supporting technical or engineering execs is a plus. This is an in-office role based in SoHo, NYC.
140-170K+ DOE + equity, benefits, 401k, and competitive PTO.
- Provide support to the CEO and CTO.
- Manage complex calendars for the Executives, coordinating a high volume of meetings and scheduling across multiple time zones.
- Handle travel planning and logistics from transportation, accommodations, and reservations, including detailed itineraries.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the team to communicate the Executives' availability and travel schedules.
- Prepare meeting materials, organize notes, and capture action items to ensure follow-through.
- Keep the CEO on top of projects and tasks, providing reminders and tracking commitments to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Manage and triage inboxes to flag important messages and communications requiring immediate attention.
- Proactively coordinate customer meetings by anticipating travel schedules and strategically arranging touchpoints in each location.
- Provide light personal assistant support to the CEO, including coordination around family schedules to align personal and professional commitments.
- 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C‑suite executives, plus if you have experience supporting engineering leaders or technical founders.
- Experience supporting executives in fast‑paced, high‑growth startup environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to be quick, concise, and direct.
- Comfortable operating independently with ambiguity and taking initiative without constant direction.
- High EQ with the ability to read the room, adapt to varying energy levels, and remain steady under pressure.
- Ownership mentality with a proactive approach to problem‑solving and getting things done.
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, context switch effectively, and maintain composure during busy periods.
