Position: Assistant to the Board
Location: New York

The Board Assistant will support the Chairman of a public company with daily administrative work, schedule coordination, and board-related tasks. The role requires good judgment, confidentiality, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the Chairman’s calendar and arrange meetings
  • Coordinate board meetings and assist with governance tasks
  • Arrange domestic and international travel
  • Prepare accurate expense reports and basic documents
  • Communicate professionally and maintain strict confidentiality
  • Work closely with the admin team to ensure smooth operations
Candidate Requirements
  • Professional appearance, good demeanor, and strong communication skills
  • Proactive, reliable, detail-oriented, able to handle pressure
  • Strong skills in Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, One Drive; basic Excel
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Internship experience in finance, investment, or admin support is a plus
