Location: New York
The Board Assistant will support the Chairman of a public company with daily administrative work, schedule coordination, and board-related tasks. The role requires good judgment, confidentiality, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Manage the Chairman’s calendar and arrange meetings
- Coordinate board meetings and assist with governance tasks
- Arrange domestic and international travel
- Prepare accurate expense reports and basic documents
- Communicate professionally and maintain strict confidentiality
- Work closely with the admin team to ensure smooth operations
- Professional appearance, good demeanor, and strong communication skills
- Proactive, reliable, detail-oriented, able to handle pressure
- Strong skills in Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, One Drive; basic Excel
- Valid driver’s license
- Internship experience in finance, investment, or admin support is a plus
