Our client is a rapidly growing wealth management consultancy who have scaled from $500M to $1B+ AUM in just the past year! They are a tight-knit group with a startup mentality — excited, ambitious, collaborative.
They are growing their operations team and are looking for a motivated and experienced Administrative Associate to join their team!
The RoleYou will be a trusted partner to our advisors and leadership team, playing a critical role in day-to-day operations, client onboarding, scheduling, and internal coordination. Your work will directly support the physicians and families we serve, helping ensure every interaction is seamless, professional, and thoughtfully executed.
What You’ll Do- Own the organization and maintenance of client files, records, and documentation with accuracy and care
- Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments for advisors and leadership
- Prepare, format, and polish documents, reports, and presentations
- Serve as a professional first point of contact, answering and routing incoming calls
- Handle data entry and ongoing database management with a high level of attention to detail
- Support new account openings and client onboarding processes
- Assist clients with Docu Sign, online account access, and administrative follow-ups
- Provide day-to-day administrative support that keeps the office running smoothly
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in an administrative or office support role
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a team
- Professional presence, discretion, and a client-first mindset
- Competitive compensation: $80,000–$110,000, based on experience
