Overview
I ve been asked to find an EA for a founder who has built companies you ve heard of. They ve never advertised this role publicly. They ve never needed to. But they re looking for someone exceptional, and they ve asked me to find them. That s why you re seeing this.
Here s what you get:
Salary to $200-225k base, plus significant bonus.
Two principals who ve built at the highest level.
A Family Office that operates like a machine.
And the kind of trust and autonomy most EAs never experience.
We re moving quickly. First interviews are happening within the next two weeks.
The roleYou ll be the gatekeeper to two of the most in-demand diaries in tech. Calendars that shift hourly. Travel that spans continents. The filter for every invitation, request, and ask.
You ll move between their home and their Family Office. Work, personal, private. No separation. Total trust.
The day to dayMorning briefings that set the tone for two people whose decisions ripple across industries.
Last-minute travel changes across three legs before the original plane has landed.
Requests from famous people that need a graceful no. Requests from unknown people that need a quiet yes.
You ll hold information that doesn t get written down. You ll make calls that don t get second-guessed.
The impactThe last EA I placed in a role like this spotted a scheduling conflict that would have put her principal in two cities on the same day for two critical meetings. She didn t just flag it. She reworked both schedules, rerouted the travel, and bought him back four hours he didn t know he d lost.
That s the difference. Not just catching problems. Solving them before anyone else knows they exist.
Who this is forThe EAs who thrive here aren t just organised. They re three moves ahead.
They see the problem before it forms. They know when to push and when to protect.
The right person often doesn t know they re the right person until someone tells them.
The right person knows how these types of people work; they know their tempo, their pace, the demands, and their lives.
I ve placed EAs for twenty years. Roles like this don t come around often.
