Overview

I ve been asked to find an EA for a founder who has built companies you ve heard of. They ve never advertised this role publicly. They ve never needed to. But they re looking for someone exceptional, and they ve asked me to find them. That s why you re seeing this.

The role

You ll be the gatekeeper to two of the most in-demand diaries in tech. Calendars that shift hourly. Travel that spans continents. The filter for every invitation, request, and ask.

You ll move between their home and their Family Office. Work, personal, private. No separation. Total trust.

The day to day

Morning briefings that set the tone for two people whose decisions ripple across industries.

Last-minute travel changes across three legs before the original plane has landed.

Requests from famous people that need a graceful no. Requests from unknown people that need a quiet yes.

You ll hold information that doesn t get written down. You ll make calls that don t get second-guessed.

The impact

The last EA I placed in a role like this spotted a scheduling conflict that would have put her principal in two cities on the same day for two critical meetings. She didn t just flag it. She reworked both schedules, rerouted the travel, and bought him back four hours he didn t know he d lost.
