Executive Personal Assistant
Location:
Manhattan, NY (Must reside within 10 miles)
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a senior Executive. This role serves as the primary point of contact for managing personal and professional logistics locally and internationally.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates discretion, adaptability, and exceptional problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities Personal & Lifestyle Support- Manage the Executive's calendar, travel arrangements (domestic and international), and transportation.
- Oversee household operations, vendor coordination, and personal errands.
- Transportation for Executive as needed
- Assist with personal projects, reservations, and logistical requests.
- Maintain confidentiality in handling personal expenses and administrative records.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of meetings, events, and special initiatives.
- Accompany the Executive as needed to manage real-time logistics.
- Serve as a professional liaison for internal and external contacts.
- Draft correspondence, notes, and invitations.
- Organize and maintain secure personal and professional records.
- Execute special projects as needed, demonstrating initiative and flexibility.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience supporting senior executives or high-level professionals, including complex calendars and travel management.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Must live within 10 miles of Manhattan to provide on-site support as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and virtual collaboration tools.
- Experience coordinating logistics across multiple time zones.
- Exceptional time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
