Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Staff member to support daily administrative and operational tasks in our office. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced professional environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth office operations and effective internal communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle incoming correspondence professionally
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate office activities
  • Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
  • Support HR and management with administrative requests
  • Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
  • Greet visitors and provide assistance when needed
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in an office or administrative role is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with office management software
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or HR administration
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
