Overview
Dynamic litigation boutique in lower Manhattan specializing in commercial litigation and white collar defense seeks organized, personable, and enthusiastic leader with exceptional communication skills. Work as the firm's first point of contact for all callers and visitors, while gaining exposure to the law and business.
This position is fully in office, with a schedule of 9am – 6pm M –
F.
- Answering phones and greeting clients
- Front office, kitchen, and conference room maintenance
- Maintaining organized files (both physical and electronic)
- Faxing/scanning/shredding/printing
- Organization and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail (Fed Ex/USPS)
- Communicate office needs with building management
- Ordering lunch for attorneys / client meetings / making restaurant reservations
- Running office errands, as needed
- Provide support to attorneys as needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
- Must be able to take initiative, prioritize and multitask
- Great organizational and problem-solving skills
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Interest in the legal field
