Position: Executive Assistant to Support 2 C-Suite Leaders at Midtown Quant Hedge Fund (5x a week in person)
Location: New York

Overview

Our client, a top-tier global investment firm, is seeking a highly experienced, polished, and intellectually curious Executive Assistant to support two C-suite officers within one of the firm’s most sophisticated and high-performing investment platforms. This is a true senior EA seat in a fast-paced, high-bar environment, supporting two extremely busy, influential leaders. This role is ideal for an Executive Assistant who is smart, quick on their feet, highly organized, and naturally anticipatory—someone who operates as a trusted gatekeeper, understands priorities instinctively, and takes pride in running a tight ship.

The firm operates with excellence as the baseline; attention to detail, sound judgment, and discretion are essential. This role is 5x/week in-office.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to two C-suite officers.
  • Own complex, ever-changing calendars with precision and sound judgment.
  • Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel, producing detailed, seamless itineraries.
  • Manage expenses efficiently and accurately.
  • Act as a gatekeeper—prioritizing, filtering, and managing inbound requests with confidence and professionalism.
  • Anticipate needs, flag conflicts early, and proactively solve problems before they escalate.
  • Serve as a reliable point of coordination across internal stakeholders.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Support ad hoc projects as needed; interest in the business and broader platform is highly valued.
Requirements
  • 10–15+ years of experience supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced financial services environment.
  • Strong preference for candidates coming from Goldman Sachs or comparable top-tier finance institutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities calmly and effectively.
  • Confident, polished, and professional communication style.
  • Naturally proactive, sharp, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong judgment and the ability to operate autonomously.
  • “Spunky,” engaged, and intellectually curious—someone who enjoys being close to the business.
