Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter data into company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems
  • Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Update existing records and correct discrepancies as needed

  • Assist with generating basic reports and summaries from entered data
  • Communicate with internal departments to clarify or confirm information
  • Follow established procedures and data entry guidelines
  • Support general administrative tasks related to recordkeeping and data management
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information
Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks efficiently
  • Comfortable using computers and standard office software
