Salary: $80K–$90K + Bonus & Profit Sharing (Total Comp $100K - $115K Range)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

We are very excited to be partnering with our client to help them hire a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to provide top-tier support to 2-4 senior leaders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced professional environment. You will serve as a key partner to leadership, managing schedules, communications, and projects with discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive support to senior executives, managing calendars, emails, and day-to-day priorities.
- Serve as a gatekeeper, coordinating meetings, appointments, and office interactions while balancing competing demands.
- Plan and manage extensive domestic and international travel.
- Prepare and maintain documents for meetings, presentations, and decision-making processes.
- Coordinate and track expense reporting, streamlining submissions using Concur or similar systems.
- Maintain key client and project information within Salesforce or comparable CRM systems.
- Triage incoming requests, assess urgency, and provide executives with organized visibility into deadlines and priorities.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including meeting and greeting visitors when needed.
- Lead ad hoc administrative projects and special initiatives as assigned.
- 2-4 years of experience supporting senior executives in professional services.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to operate independently, exercise discretion, and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Proactive, responsive, and flexible with a professional demeanor.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
