Join our team and achieve your full potential in a supportive and dynamic  this “go to” role, you will provide support to the Senior Director, Integrated Emergency Health Services and the Senior Management Team. The
** Executive Assistant
** will play an important role in managing the multiple and complex relationships between the corporate office, the board, management, and outside stakeholders, including the management of confidential and sensitive information.

You will provide administrative support by managing the logistics of calendars, schedules, organizing meetings, travel arrangements and responding to incoming routine correspondence, inquiries, and phone calls. In addition, you will collaborate with other Executive and Corporate support resources and stakeholders and administer Board and Committee responsibilities including the preparation and coordination of documentation for these meetings. Further duties include, but are not limited to:

* Responsibilities include:

*** Prepare and edit various types of correspondence including presentations, confidential reports, memos, and minutes.
* Compile, track, and administer monthly expense reports.
* Support Request for Proposals (RFPs) on various projects.
* Coordinate meetings and appointments.
* Prepare monthly reports.
* Act as first point of contact to the Senior Director.
** Professional Qualifications &

Competencies:

*** College degree in office administration or equivalent**;
** however, consideration will be given to the experience of the candidate to fulfill the job requirements.
* Minimum of three to five years of relevant experience in a senior administrative role
* Experience working in a multi company environment is considered an asset.
* Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power point
* Excellent judgement and the ability to work independently.
* Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks/issues and work under pressure.
* Superior diplomacy, professionalism, and confidentiality
