We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings and presentations
- Answer and screen phone calls and emails, responding as appropriate
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Assist with special projects and events as needed
- Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, copying, and faxing
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
