Overview
Insight Global is seeking a Project Admin to join one of our largest financial service clients. The Project Administrator will manage a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks to keep projects running smoothly. Their day will involve scheduling and preparing for meetings, maintaining project documentation, tracking timelines and deliverables, and updating status reports for leadership. They’ll act as a communication hub between team members and external partners, support procurement activities, and proactively identify administrative issues that could impact progress.
They will also assist the divisional COO with both routine and ad‑hoc tasks, requiring discretion, reliability, and the ability to adapt as priorities shift throughout the year.

- Excellent project administrative or project coordination background supporting senior leadership
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent written and verbal communication
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and Share Point
- High attention to detail and accuracy with ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; recent experience working at a bank
- Familiarity with procurement processes (purchase orders, invoices)
