Client OverviewA growing company focused on delivering a welcoming and professional office environment that reflects its unique brand and culture. They are in need of a Receptionist to support front‑of‑house operations and enhance the in‑person workplace experience.
Salary / Hourly Rate$22/hr – $26/hr
Position OverviewThe Receptionist will manage the front‑of‑house visitor experience, ensuring all interactions reflect the company's brand and culture. This role will be stationed at the front desk and will support office operations while fostering a collaborative and engaging in‑person environment.
Responsibilities- Provide continuous front desk coverage, greeting and checking in visitors, new hires, interview candidates, and executive guests.
- Manage visitor logs, badges, and ensure compliance with security procedures.
- Handle mail, packages, and courier services.
- Coordinate executive lunch deliveries with Executive Assistants.
- Manage conference room bookings and maintain calendars.
- Assist with scheduling, data entry, and document preparation.
- Prepare meeting rooms for critical meetings.
- Monitor cleanliness and readiness of reception, meeting rooms, and common areas.
- Stock office supplies and notify the Office Experience Associate when reordering is needed.
- Log maintenance issues and communicate with the Facilities Coordinator.
- Collaborate with Executive Assistants and Facilities to support executives and office events.
- Experience managing front desk or reception duties in a professional office environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail for visitor logs, security compliance, and office readiness.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative office setting.
- Experience supporting executive teams and office culture‑building initiatives.
- Familiarity with office supply management and basic facilities coordination.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training is a plus.
