• Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys and practice teams
• Manage correspondence, scheduling, and document preparation using Microsoft Office Suite
• Coordinate meetings and maintain case files and records
• Assist with research, presentations, and other legal or administrative projects as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

• Bachelor’s degree required (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
• Strong interest in the legal field and commitment to a 2-year term with the firm
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced professional environment
