Key Objectives- Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments.
- Coordinate office logistics and maintain efficient workflow.
- Enhance communication and organization within the office environment.
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing work spaces and coordinating orientation activities.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery and maintenance of office equipment and supplies.
- Support event planning and execution for team meetings, trainings, and company functions.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support special projects and administrative needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent;
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Proven experience in office administration or a related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor with a customer-service oriented approach.
- Experience supporting multiple teams or departments is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of budgeting and procurement processes is advantageous.
