Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant III to join our client in support of an existing vacancy.

Contract Period: 6 months

Pay Rate: $27.82 per hour

Job Summary
  • Support the remediation team with back-office administrative tasks
  • Analyze and interpret data from multiple lines of business
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Work fully remote on a contract basis, with potential for extension or full-time opportunity
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment requiring adaptability and quick learning
  • Contribute to a growing team within the banking and financial services industry
Must-Have Skills & Experience

Hard

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Minimum 2 years of general administrative and back-office experience
  • Strong remediation experience within banking or financial services industry
  • Experience working with data analysis or remediation tasks in a regulated environment

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt rapidly to changing priorities
  • Highly flexible and able to pivot based on team or project needs

Background screening is required as part of the onboarding process. The type of screening required (criminal or other verifications) will vary based on the position and client requirements
