Operations Coordinator (Hourly)Reporting directly to the School Business Operations Manager (BOM), the Operations Coordinator (Hourly) plays a crucial role in supporting the BOM and maintaining a well-organized school environment. This position is based in one of our schools and involves a variety of tasks to support daily operations, ensuring scholars and staff have the resources and environment they need to succeed.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, proactive individual to contribute to a mission-driven organization on an hourly basis.
Key Responsibilities- Basic Office Support: Greet and sign in visitors per school security protocols; deliver requested supplies from the main office to classrooms or workrooms; monitor and restock frequently used office supplies; assist with digital filing and document organization.
- Attendance Tracking: Assist with daily attendance processes and reporting as directed by the BOM; help set up arrival each day and monitor the CAASS scholar attendance scan-in system; escalate issues as needed.
- Technology, Supply, and Inventory Management: Check and restock supplies in the Teacher Work Room; carry and deliver scholar snacks; monitor and document inventory; respond to teacher supply requests; troubleshoot basic Chromebook issues and escalate more complex issues.
- Facilities Support: Conduct routine facility checks; acknowledge and escalate facilities issues; supervise arrival and dismissal moments with attention to safety and efficiency; record tardies/early dismissals and communicate issues to the BOM; direct students, families, and staff to designated areas to manage flow.
- 0-2 years of professional experience in an administrative or support role (preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. - Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment; positive, proactive attitude; strong work ethic.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with technology; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to smooth school operations.
Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience.
Compensation Range: $20 - $20 USD
