Role Overview
The successful candidate will be a self-starter who has demonstrated the ability to function independently in a fast‑paced, dynamic and demanding environment. This person will be intellectually curious, intuitive, detail oriented, resourceful, resilient, trustworthy and have the highest ethical standards. In addition, the individual will be effective addressing a number of internal and external audiences in a professional manner and will add value by working on a number of simultaneous projects with minimal supervision and exemplary follow‑through.

Responsibilities- Maintain calendar and schedule all meetings and appointments.
- Answer phones and retrieve voicemails daily.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, create complete itineraries (flights, car services, hotel reservations, etc.).
- Manage all business correspondence.
- Project manage initiatives throughout the department.
- Update and maintain business contact database.
- Organize and arrange onsite and offsite meetings and other event planning duties.
- Manage, organize and maintain expense reports.
- Act as liaison between the Executive and business colleagues.
- Drive projects with limited supervision from the Executive.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent English, grammar, written and oral communication skills.
- Proven record of successful problem‑solving, critical thinking, analytical skills and the ability to work within ambiguity.
- Superior organizational skills, record‑keeping, and strong attention to detail.
- Proactiveness and awareness of how and when to move tasks forward.
- Requires flexibility with work schedule.
- Adaptable and flexible to changes, able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, PowerPoint and related software.
