David creates tools to increase muscle and decrease fat. Their first product is a protein bar. More broadly, David is a platform to develop high-protein, low-calorie, blood-sugar-friendly foods that are craveable.

Litani Management is the family office of Peter Rahal, the Cofounder and CEO of David Protein. This is a rare opportunity to join the executive suite of a brand at a pivotal stage of growth.

Role and Responsibilities

The EA/PA will serve as a long-term key partner to Peter Rahal, providing seamless support across his personal and professional endeavors. This multifaceted role requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to balance priorities for both Litani Management and David. The ideal candidate will excel in streamlining operations, managing logistics, and maintaining confidentiality while anticipating needs before they arise.

Executive

Assistant
  • Provide administrative support, including calendar management and email inbox maintenance. Maintain awareness of priorities in the event of conflicting appointments.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for domestic and international business trips.
  • Prepare, send, and manage business materials.
  • Ensure follow-up actions are tracked and completed.
  • Maintain records for accounting and bill pay support.
  • Collaborate on ad hoc projects, such as research initiatives, event planning, or operational improvements.
  • Host clients and guests in office, booking dinner or hotel reservations as needed.
Personal Assistant
  • Manage personal and family scheduling, appointments, and events.
  • Assist with household management and family needs, including vendor coordination, errands, and other personal tasks.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for domestic and international family trips.
  • Work with asset managers, tax advisors, and personal wealth specialists to manage personal finances, expenses, and investments.
  • Act as a liaison between Spanish speaking household staff and the family.
Experience Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as an executive / personal assistant for a C‑Suite executive or other high net worth individual.
Key Expectations
  • Dedication to a long term role of support and partnership as an executive assistant.
  • Constant discretion and professionalism around sensitive matters.
  • High organizational skills and diligent focus on even the smallest of tasks.
  • Spanish speaking skills highly valued.
Compensation and Benefits
  • This is a full‑time, in‑office role based in New York City.
  • Compensation: $80k‑120k per year. Compensation is inclusive of bonus.
