Overview
Executive Assistant - Chief Compliance Officer Americas. Permanent contract. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and versatile professional to serve as Executive Assistant to the Chief Compliance Officer for Credit Agricire CIB Americas (CCO). The position provides administrative and organizational support, managing daily administrative and logistical needs of the CCO.
The ideal candidate must be discrete, capable of handling sensitive information, proactive in managing the CCO's agenda and priorities, and committed to streamlining operational tasks to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities- Manage and maintain the CCO’s calendar, prioritizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and conferences, including room reservations and video/audio setup.
- Anticipate and address potential logistic issues, delays, or conflicts in advance to ensure the CCO s workflow runs smoothly.
- Arrange and coordinate business and personal travel (international and domestic) for the CCO, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and visa applications.
- Prepare detailed travel schedules and agendas.
- Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies, workstations, and coordinating maintenance to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Act as a central point of contact for office-related inquiries and provide general support to visitors and compliance staff onboarding and offboarding.
- Manage all logistics for facility management and procurement for the CCO and Compliance.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the CCO.
- Flexible, occasional availability outside of standard business hours may be required.
