What You’ll Do Member Experience & Support

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for member inquiries, providing timely, professional, and friendly support.
  • Track, acknowledge, and help resolve member feedback or concerns with care and empathy.
Membership Operations & Data Management
  • Process membership renewals, registrations, and related transactions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and enhance efficiency within membership processes.
Marketing & Communications Support
  • Support the Marketing Manager with list management, email campaigns, and audience segmentation using Mailchimp.
  • Assist with promotional efforts for membership programs, events, awards, and initiatives by coordinating content, timelines, and distribution.
  • Help maintain internal trackers related to trade shows, theatrical releases, and other industry initiatives.
General Office & Administrative Support

Support cross-functional projects as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to work across membership, marketing, events, and leadership teams.
  • Interest in marketing, events, or association management is highly valued.
