Job Title: Executive Assistant to Partner

Location: New York, NY

Schedule: Full-time, 4 days per week (On-site)

Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 base salary + bonus

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a Partner. This role requires exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage complex schedules and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Partner, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting.
  • Act as a gatekeeper and liaison, handling confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up actions.
  • Manage special projects and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite or senior executives.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with scheduling tools.
  • Ability to work independently and anticipate needs in a dynamic environment.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
