Location:
New York, NY (4 days per week in office & 1 day remote)
Bell Cast Partners provides recruitment services to investment firms across a wide range of strategies, fund sizes, and geographies. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Recruiting Assistant to support our team. This individual will play a key role in maintaining internal systems, conducting market research, mapping talent across investment banking, consulting, and private equity firms, and ensuring a seamless interview and candidate experience.
The ideal candidate has experience in financial services, is proactive and professional, and has strong communication and time management skills. Start date for this position is immediate.
- Database Management:
Update and maintain our internal CRM to ensure accuracy and completeness. Organize candidate information, notes, and status updates in real time. - Data Analysis:
Source and research target candidate pools to support active and future searches - Interview Coordination:
Schedule and confirm candidate interviews with both clients and internal team members. Manage calendars, handle last-minute changes, and ensure all logistics run smoothly. - Administrative & Team Support:
Assist with special projects and operational improvements. Provide general administrative support to ensure the team's workflow is efficient and organized.
- 1–4 years of full-time professional experience in financial services (middle/back office/EA), consulting, or executive search (at least one year is required)
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
- Personable, mature, and collaborative team-player with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism
- Able to work in-person four days per week in our NYC office (1 day remote)
The expected compensation for this position is $75,000. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, skills, and performance.
