Position

Summary

As the Admissions Concierge, you will be the face of our center, guiding prospective residents and their families through the admissions process with warmth, professionalism, and a solution-focused approach. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring a seamless, supportive, and positive experience from the moment families reach out to us until admission is complete.

Key Responsibilities
  • First Point of Contact:
    Welcome prospective residents and families with empathy and professionalism in person, over the phone, or via email.
  • Admissions Coordination:
    Guide families through the admissions process, including facility tours, documentation, and eligibility verification.
  • Customer Service:
    Address questions and concerns with clarity and compassion, acting as a liaison between families and the care team.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with the admissions, clinical, and administrative teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Follow-Up:
    Maintain ongoing communication with families and residents throughout the admissions process to ensure satisfaction and address any needs.
  • Maintain Records:
    Accurately input and update admissions information in the facility’s database.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or admissions is a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others.
