Location: Fairport

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Fairport, New York. This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to an organized office environment while honing your administrative and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will bring strong multitasking abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality support to daily operations.

Responsibilities:

- Manage incoming phone calls, providing attentive and courteous assistance to callers.

- Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain and update records and databases.

- Organize and maintain office files, ensuring easy access to necessary documents.

- Support daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and handling correspondence.

- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming reception experience.

- Coordinate office supplies and inventory to ensure smooth operations.

- Assist in preparing reports and presentations as needed.

- Collaborate with team members to streamline office procedures and improve efficiency. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative support or related roles.

- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and courteously.

- Experience in receptionist duties and maintaining a welcoming office environment.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
