As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you will support the facility management team by driving operational excellence, acting as the organizational heartbeat that ensures every client facility need is swiftly and successfully met! You will serve as the critical hub for all maintenance requests, coordinating necessary repairs, and leading clear, efficient communication with key vendors.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong organizational skills, possessing an ability to prioritize and complete tasks within a fast-paced environment, specifically leveraging a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). Reporting directly to the Facility Manager, this position demands seamless collaboration to keep our entire operation running smoothly.
In this role you will be supporting our Global Tech client working on-site M-F, 1st shift.
What you’ll do- Support work orders, vendor preventative maintenance tracking along with invoicing and purchase orders.
- Acknowledge all client inquiries and collect work orders.
- Collect information reports to find out performance and progress status.
- File work orders, proposals, department files, and other paperwork submitted by vendors.
- Monitor activities that happen outside the building, such as proper waste disposal and recycling.
- Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
- Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
- Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and mentorship.
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
- Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Facilities Coordinator position is $50,000 annually [or $24.04 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Facilities Coordinator position is $60,000 annually [or $28.84 per hour]. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
