Salary/HourlyRate
$23/hr - $27/hr DOE
Position OverviewOur client is seeking a proactive and organized Office Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of their office. This is a temp opportunity with potential for growth within the company.
Responsibilities- Handling front desk operations, including the reception and email inbox management
- Supply ordering and inventory control
- Overseeing catering for events, daily lunches, conferences, etc.
- Overall office maintenance
- Act as vendor liaison for the office staff
- 1 - 2 years of administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience in a start-up or tech environment
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Bachelor s degree is preferred
