We are seeking a facilities associate to support day-to-day workplace operations and facilities initiatives in our New York office. This role partners closely with workplace leaders, office management, and cross-functional teams to ensure a high-quality office environment and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee pantry, hospitality, and front-of-house operations, including vendors, budgets, and service standards
- Coordinate office and employee events, managing logistics, vendors, and on-site execution
- Support space planning, seating allocations, and office utilization
- Manage procurement administration, invoicing, budgets, and financial tracking
- Provide administrative support to senior workplace leadership
- Maintain strong relationships with building management and service providers
- 3–5 years of experience in facilities, workplace, or office operations
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
