Top-tier Executive Assistant / UHNWI, Family Office
A well-established investment firm based in New York City is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Executive Office of the Chair and Vice Chair.
Responsibilities will include: managing complex schedules, directing communication and information flow to/from the principals, researching a wide array of topics, and providing comprehensive administrative support.
Candidates should have exceptional communication skills, a commitment to achieving a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and a no-task-too-small approach to the work.
This is a year-round, full-time opportunity with a pay range of $150,000 to $190,000 per year and a generous benefits package. Compensation will be commensurate with credentials and experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree, with evidence of academic or other intellectual distinction
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Willingness to enthusiastically complete both high-level and low-level tasks
- Exemplary references
