We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers. The Receptionist plays a vital role in the daily operations of the firm by ensuring a welcoming, organized, and professional front office environment. The ideal candidate is courteous, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced legal setting. Prior experience in a law office is a strong plus, and Spanish-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply

Greet clients and visitors professionally and courteously
Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
Schedule appointments and manage conference room calendars
Maintain the reception area to ensure a professional appearance at all times
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
Assist attorneys and staff with administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Prior experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant (law office experience strongly preferred)
Fluency in Spanish is a significant plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy office environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office technology
High school diploma required; additional education or training is a plus
