Position Title:
Compliance Administrator, School of Dental Medicine
The Compliance Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the School of Dental Medicine
's commitment to regulatory compliance and clinical excellence.
This position is responsible for:
- Ensuring faculty and staff meet mandatory training and licensing requirements
- Running Axium reports as needed
The Compliance Administrator works closely with the Compliance Officer and the compliance team to maintain a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree and 1 year experience in compliance or an administrative position
- An equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Ability to multi-task with accuracy and independence
- Knowledge of compliance-based programs (CODA, DOH, OCR, OMIG)
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse constituents (faculty, staff, and students)
- Solution-oriented
