Job Overview:As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will be the go‑to person for all office‑related matters and will play a crucial role in ensuring the overall success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee all administrative tasks, including but not limited to scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails, filing, and ordering office supplies.
- Coordinate and manage the schedules of the salon staff, including stylists, estheticians, and assistants.
- Ensure that the office is well‑maintained and all equipment is in working order.
- Handle all financial tasks, such as invoicing, budgeting, and payroll.
- Maintain and update client records and ensure all information is accurate and confidential.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Oversee the hiring and training of new office staff.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Plan and organize company events, meetings, and other activities.
- Assist in marketing efforts, including social media management and creating promotional materials.
- Provide support to the management team as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles.
- Experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
