Administrative Assistant: $63,566- $80,962 (Represented by TWU; New Hire: $55,272)
Senior Admin. Assistant: $78,677 - $104,555 (Represented by TWU; New Hire: $68,416)
- Responsible for inbound telephone inquiries and provide claim forms upon request.
- Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Compile and updated reports on legal documentation to support efficient data entry processes.
- Execute accurate data entry of claims and large volumes of legal documents, ensuring seamless workflow operations, and work on special projects as assigned by management.
ANDfour(4) yearsofsatisfactoryresponsible full-time paid clerical experience, at least two (2) years of which must have been in an administrative capacity as described in 1 above; OR
- An associate degree from an accredited college or completion of two (2) years of study(60credits) atanaccreditedcollegeandtwo(2) yearsofsatisfactoryresponsible full-time paid clerical experience, at least one (1) year of which must have been in an administrative capacity as described above; OR
- Ahighschooldiplomaorequivalentandfour(4) yearsofsatisfactoryresponsiblefull-time paid clerical experience, at least one (1) year of which must have been in an administrative capacity as described above; OR
- A satisfactory equivalent combination of education and experience. However, all candidatesmustpossesstheone(1) yearofadministrativeexperienceasdescribed above.
- Ability to handle large volumes of sorted work
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word
